Help Desk: Sifuna Ukwazi is in the process of setting up a 24-hour service. Once a service call has been received it will be logged, allocated a reference number for easy tracking, and the relevant support skilled persons will be notified.
Post Implemented support- As part of every service rendered in construction, a complete set of drawings along with any changes that might have occurred during fabrication will be issued to our client. This also applies to user manuals where new machinery will have delivered, installed, and commissioned.
